Delete your Lzaz account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Lzaz Sports app and sign in.
2. Tap your photo in the bar at the bottom of the screen (the Profile tab, last on the right).
3. Tap the gear (Settings) at the top of your profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Tap Delete Account again to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email support@lzazsports.com from the email address on your account, or tell us your username and phone number. We will confirm the account is yours, delete it, and reply within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your profile and sign-in details, photos, one-to-one chats, notifications, connections, saved places, player-of-the-match votes, and upcoming or draft games you were hosting (the players are told the game is off).
• Kept without your name: messages you sent in game group chats, and games you hosted that already took place. Other players see “Deleted player” instead of your name and photo.
• Kept for safety: a minimal record that the account was deleted (no name, email or phone number), and any reports made by or about you.

حذف حسابك في لزاز

من التطبيق (الأسرع)

1. افتح تطبيق لزاز سبورتس وسجّل الدخول.
2. اضغط على صورتك في الشريط أسفل الشاشة (تبويب الملف الشخصي، الأخير على اليسار).
3. اضغط على الترس (الإعدادات) أعلى ملفك الشخصي.
4. مرّر إلى الأسفل واضغط على حذف الحساب.
5. اضغط على حذف الحساب مرة أخرى للتأكيد.

يُحذف حسابك فوراً ويتم تسجيل خروجك، ولا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك.

عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا لم تتمكن من فتح التطبيق، راسلنا على support@lzazsports.com من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، أو أرسل لنا اسم المستخدم ورقم الهاتف. سنتحقق من أن الحساب لك، ثم نحذفه ونرد عليك خلال 30 يوماً.

ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يبقى

• يُحذف: ملفك الشخصي وبيانات الدخول، والصور، والمحادثات الفردية، والإشعارات، والعلاقات، والأماكن المحفوظة، وأصوات أفضل لاعب، والمباريات القادمة أو المسودات التي كنت تنظّمها (ويُبلَّغ اللاعبون بإلغائها).
• يبقى دون اسمك: رسائلك في محادثات المباريات الجماعية، والمباريات التي نظّمتها وأقيمت فعلاً. ويرى اللاعبون الآخرون «لاعب محذوف» بدلاً من اسمك وصورتك.
• يبقى لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة: سجل مختصر يثبت حذف الحساب (دون الاسم أو البريد أو رقم الهاتف)، وأي بلاغات قدّمتها أو قُدّمت عنك.
