Privacy Policy

- We collect what we need to run Lzaz: your account details, the games you play, your chats, and some device data.
- We never sell your data and we do not show ads.
- Other players see your name, username, photo, sports and game history. They never see your phone number, email or date of birth.
- Apple Health data never leaves your phone.
- Lzaz is for people aged 16 and over.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time. It is deleted straight away.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Lzaz Technology Company (commercial registration no. 95970, Office 501, Al Bustan Building, Al Sadd, Doha, Qatar) (“Lzaz”, “we”, “us”) handles your personal data when you use the Lzaz Sports app and the website lzazsports.com. We are responsible for your data. Questions: support@lzazsports.com.
2. What we collect
What you give us
- Account: full name, username, email address, mobile number and country code, password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form), date of birth, gender, country and preferred language.
- If you sign in with Apple or Google: the account ID and the name and email they share with us.
- Profile: your photo, the sports you like, your positions, and your privacy and notification settings.
- Places: places you save (name, address and map location), and the venue of each game you create.
- Games: games you create, join or are invited to, teams and positions, scores and results, player-of-the-match votes, and attendance.
- Chats: messages you send in one-to-one chats and game group chats (text only, up to 500 characters each).
- Connections, blocks and reports: who you connect with, who you block, and reports you make.
- Messages to us: anything you send when you email us.
What we collect automatically
- Location: only if you allow it, your phone’s location is used to show games and places near you and to help you pick a venue on the map. We use it for that search and do not keep a history of where you have been.
- Device and app: device type, operating system, app version, when you last used the app, and a push notification token so we can send you alerts.
- Crash reports: if the app crashes or hits an error, a technical report (device model, system version, what the app was doing) is sent to Sentry so we can fix it. We do not attach your name or email to it.
- App usage: Firebase Analytics (Google) records basic events, such as the app being opened, together with an app instance ID, to help us understand how the app is used.
Apple Health (optional, stays on your phone)
If you allow it, the app reads workouts, workout routes, heart rate and active energy that your Apple Watch recorded, only for the hours around a game you played, to show you your own stats (distance, time played, calories, average speed, average heart rate and a heat map). This is worked out on your phone each time you open it. Apple Health data is never sent to us or to anyone else, never stored by us, never shown to other players, and never used for advertising or marketing. The app never writes to Apple Health. You can turn access off in the Health app or in Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Lzaz.
Health Connect (Android, optional, stays on your phone)
On an Android phone the app reads the same things through Health Connect, Google's health app: workouts, distance, heart rate and active energy that your watch recorded — Samsung, Fitbit, Garmin, Polar, Withings and others all write into it. It reads only the hours around a game you played, to show you your own stats (distance, time played, calories, average speed, average heart rate and a heat map). This is worked out on your phone each time you open it. Health Connect data is never sent to us or to anyone else, never stored by us, never shown to other players, and never used for advertising or marketing. The app never writes to Health Connect. The route the heat map is drawn from is asked for separately, one game at a time, and only when you tap “Show the map” — you can refuse and keep every number. You can turn access off in Health Connect › App permissions › Lzaz.
3. How we use it
- To create and run your account and sign you in, including sending sign-in and verification codes by text message or email.
- To run the app: show games, let you join and invite, pick teams, keep results and stats, and deliver chats.
- To send you notifications about your games, invitations and messages. You can change these in the app or your phone settings.
- To send service emails, such as a welcome email, verification, password reset and game updates. We do not send marketing emails.
- To check that you are 16 or older.
- To keep Lzaz safe: review reports, enforce our Terms of Use, stop spam and abuse, and protect users.
- To fix problems and improve the app.
- To follow the law.
We use your data because we need it to provide the service you signed up for, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the app safe and working, because the law requires it, or because you allowed it (for example, location, notifications and Apple Health). You can withdraw permission at any time in your phone settings.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
4. What other players see
- Your public profile: name, username, photo, sports, positions, wins/draws/losses and game history. Other Lzaz users can see it.
- In games: players in the same game see that you joined, your team and position, the result and player-of-the-match votes.
- In chats: the people in a chat see your messages, name and photo.
- Never shown: your phone number, email address, date of birth, your location, and your Apple Health data.
Anyone who has the web address of your profile photo can open it, so choose a photo you are happy to share.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run Lzaz, and only what each needs:

We may also share data if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or to deal with serious abuse of the app (for example, with the police). If Lzaz is ever sold or merged, your data may move to the new owner, who must keep protecting it as this policy says.
6. Where your data is stored
We are based in Qatar. Our servers are in the European Union (Germany), and some of our providers process data in other countries, including the United States. When data leaves Qatar, we use providers that protect it with strong security and contracts, in line with Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).
7. How long we keep it, and deleting your account
We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile › Settings (the gear button) › Delete Account. Full steps: lzazsports.com/delete-account.html.
When you delete your account, it happens straight away:
- Deleted: your profile and sign-in details, photos, one-to-one chats, notifications, connections and requests, saved places, player-of-the-match votes, push tokens, and upcoming or draft games you were hosting (the players are told the game is off). If you signed in with Apple, we also cancel Lzaz’s access with Apple.
- Kept without your name: messages you sent in game group chats stay so the chat still makes sense for the other players, but they show “Deleted player” instead of your name and photo. Games you hosted that already took place stay in the other players’ history, with you shown as “Deleted player”. You are removed from the line-ups of other games.
- Kept for a limited reason: a minimal record that an account existed and was deleted (with the dates, country and phone type, but not your name, email or phone number), and reports made by or about you, which we keep for as long as needed to keep the community safe and deal with any legal claim. Each report is also sent by email, with both players’ names, to our support team’s inbox, and is kept there on the same basis.
Other data: game group chats close 3 days after the game ends. Crash reports are kept by Sentry for a limited period and then deleted. If you replace your profile photo, the old one may stay in storage until you delete your account. Backup copies, where they exist, are overwritten over time.
8. Your rights
You can:
- see and correct most of your data in the app (Profile › Edit Profile);
- ask us for a copy of your data;
- ask us to correct or delete it, or delete your account yourself in the app;
- withdraw permissions (location, notifications, Apple Health) at any time in your phone settings;
- object to how we use your data, or complain to us or to the data protection authority where you live (in Qatar, the National Cyber Security Agency).
Email support@lzazsports.com. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to prove the account is yours.
9. Age
Lzaz is only for people aged 16 and over. We check your date of birth at sign-up and do not let younger people create an account. If you believe someone under 16 is using Lzaz, tell us and we will delete the account.
10. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
11. Our website
lzazsports.com is a simple information site. Its home page uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which set cookies, to count visits and measure our adverts on other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Terms, Privacy and account deletion pages do not use them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

توضّح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل شركة لزاز للتكنولوجيا (Lzaz Technology Company) (سجل تجاري رقم 95970، مكتب 501، مبنى البستان، السد، الدوحة، قطر) («لزاز» أو «نحن») مع بياناتك الشخصية عند استخدامك تطبيق لزاز سبورتس والموقع lzazsports.com. نحن المسؤولون عن بياناتك. للاستفسار: support@lzazsports.com.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
ما تقدّمه لنا
- الحساب: الاسم الكامل، واسم المستخدم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال ورمز الدولة، وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ مشفّرة تشفيراً لا يمكن عكسه فقط)، وتاريخ الميلاد، والجنس، والدولة، واللغة المفضّلة.
- عند الدخول عبر Apple أو Google: معرّف الحساب، والاسم والبريد الإلكتروني اللذان تشاركهما معنا تلك الخدمة.
- الملف الشخصي: صورتك، والرياضات التي تفضّلها، ومراكزك في اللعب، وإعدادات الخصوصية والإشعارات.
- الأماكن: الأماكن التي تحفظها (الاسم والعنوان والموقع على الخريطة)، وملعب كل مباراة تنشئها.
- المباريات: المباريات التي تنشئها أو تنضم إليها أو تُدعى إليها، والفرق والمراكز، والنتائج، وأصوات أفضل لاعب، والحضور.
- المحادثات: الرسائل التي ترسلها في المحادثات الفردية ومحادثات المباريات الجماعية (نصوص فقط، حتى 500 حرف للرسالة).
- العلاقات والحظر والبلاغات: من تتواصل معهم، ومن تحظرهم، والبلاغات التي تقدّمها.
- مراسلاتك لنا: ما ترسله إلينا بالبريد الإلكتروني.
ما نجمعه تلقائياً
- الموقع: بإذنك فقط، يُستخدم موقع هاتفك لعرض المباريات والأماكن القريبة منك ولمساعدتك في اختيار الملعب على الخريطة. نستخدمه لهذا البحث فقط، ولا نحتفظ بسجل للأماكن التي كنت فيها.
- الجهاز والتطبيق: نوع الجهاز، ونظام التشغيل، وإصدار التطبيق، وآخر مرة استخدمت فيها التطبيق، ورمز الإشعارات لنتمكن من إرسال التنبيهات إليك.
- تقارير الأعطال: إذا تعطّل التطبيق أو واجه خطأ، يُرسَل تقرير تقني (طراز الجهاز، وإصدار النظام، وما كان التطبيق يفعله) إلى خدمة Sentry لنصلحه. ولا نرفق به اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني.
- استخدام التطبيق: تسجّل خدمة Firebase Analytics من Google أحداثاً أساسية، مثل فتح التطبيق، مع معرّف خاص بنسخة التطبيق، لنفهم كيف يُستخدم التطبيق.
صحة Apple (اختياري، ويبقى على هاتفك)
إذا سمحت بذلك، يقرأ التطبيق التمارين ومسارات التمارين ونبض القلب والطاقة النشطة التي سجّلتها ساعة Apple Watch، في الساعات المحيطة بالمباراة التي لعبتها فقط، ليعرض لك إحصاءاتك أنت (المسافة، ومدة اللعب، والسعرات، ومتوسط السرعة، ومتوسط نبض القلب، وخريطة حرارية لتحرّكك). تُحسب هذه الإحصاءات على هاتفك في كل مرة تفتحها. بيانات صحة Apple لا تُرسل إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى أبداً، ولا نخزّنها، ولا تظهر للاعبين الآخرين، ولا تُستخدم في الإعلان أو التسويق. ولا يكتب التطبيق أي شيء في صحة Apple. يمكنك إيقاف الوصول من تطبيق «صحتي» أو من الإعدادات ‹ الخصوصية والأمن ‹ صحتي ‹ لزاز.
تطبيق Health Connect (على أندرويد، اختياري، ويبقى على هاتفك)
على هواتف أندرويد يقرأ التطبيق الأشياء نفسها عبر تطبيق Health Connect من Google: التمارين، والمسافة، ونبض القلب، والطاقة النشطة التي سجّلتها ساعتك — ساعات Samsung، Fitbit، Garmin، Polar، Withings وغيرها كلها تكتب فيه. ولا يقرأ إلا الساعات المحيطة بالمباراة التي لعبتها، ليعرض لك إحصاءاتك أنت (المسافة، ومدة اللعب، والسعرات، ومتوسط السرعة، ومتوسط نبض القلب، وخريطة حرارية لتحرّكك). تُحسب هذه الإحصاءات على هاتفك في كل مرة تفتحها. بيانات Health Connect لا تُرسل إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى أبداً، ولا نخزّنها، ولا تظهر للاعبين الآخرين، ولا تُستخدم في الإعلان أو التسويق. ولا يكتب التطبيق أي شيء في Health Connect. أما مسار تحرّكك الذي تُرسم منه الخريطة الحرارية فيُطلب على حدة، لكل مباراة وحدها، وفقط عندما تضغط «أظهر الخريطة» — ويمكنك الرفض مع بقاء كل الأرقام كما هي. يمكنك إيقاف الوصول من تطبيق Health Connect ‹ أذونات التطبيقات ‹ لزاز.
3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- لإنشاء حسابك وتشغيله وتسجيل دخولك، بما في ذلك إرسال رموز الدخول والتحقق عبر الرسائل النصية أو البريد الإلكتروني.
- لتشغيل التطبيق: عرض المباريات، والانضمام والدعوة، وتقسيم الفرق، وحفظ النتائج والإحصاءات، وإيصال المحادثات.
- لإرسال إشعارات عن مبارياتك ودعواتك ورسائلك، ويمكنك تغييرها من التطبيق أو من إعدادات هاتفك.
- لإرسال رسائل خدمية بالبريد الإلكتروني، مثل رسالة الترحيب والتحقق وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور وتحديثات المباريات. ولا نرسل رسائل تسويقية.
- للتحقق من أن عمرك 16 سنة أو أكثر.
- للحفاظ على أمان لزاز: مراجعة البلاغات، وتطبيق شروط الاستخدام، ومنع الرسائل المزعجة والإساءة، وحماية المستخدمين.
- لإصلاح المشكلات وتحسين التطبيق.
- للالتزام بالقانون.
نستخدم بياناتك لأننا نحتاجها لتقديم الخدمة التي سجّلت فيها، أو لأن لنا مصلحة مشروعة في إبقاء التطبيق آمناً وعاملاً، أو لأن القانون يلزمنا بذلك، أو لأنك سمحت بذلك (مثل الموقع والإشعارات وصحة Apple). ويمكنك سحب الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات هاتفك.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها في الإعلانات، ولا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع الشركات الأخرى.
4. ما يراه اللاعبون الآخرون
- ملفك العام: الاسم، واسم المستخدم، والصورة، والرياضات، والمراكز، والفوز والتعادل والخسارة، وسجل المباريات، ويستطيع مستخدمو لزاز الآخرون رؤيته.
- في المباريات: يرى اللاعبون في المباراة نفسها أنك انضممت، وفريقك ومركزك، والنتيجة، وأصوات أفضل لاعب.
- في المحادثات: يرى المشاركون في المحادثة رسائلك واسمك وصورتك.
- لا يظهر أبداً: رقم هاتفك، وبريدك الإلكتروني، وتاريخ ميلادك، وموقعك، وبيانات صحة Apple.
يستطيع أي شخص لديه رابط صورة ملفك الشخصي فتحها، فاختر صورة لا تمانع مشاركتها.
5. مع من نشارك البيانات
لا نشارك البيانات إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمات الذين يساعدوننا في تشغيل لزاز، وبالقدر الذي يحتاجه كل منهم فقط:

وقد نشارك البيانات أيضاً إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك، أو لحماية سلامة شخص ما، أو للتعامل مع إساءة استخدام خطيرة للتطبيق (مثلاً مع الشرطة). وإذا بيعت لزاز أو اندمجت مع جهة أخرى، فقد تنتقل بياناتك إلى المالك الجديد، وعليه أن يستمر في حمايتها وفق هذه السياسة.
6. أين تُخزَّن بياناتك
مقرّنا في قطر. وخوادمنا في الاتحاد الأوروبي (ألمانيا)، وبعض مزوّدينا يعالجون البيانات في دول أخرى، منها الولايات المتحدة. وعند نقل البيانات خارج قطر نستخدم مزوّدين يحمونها بإجراءات أمنية وعقود قوية، بما يتوافق مع قانون حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية في قطر (القانون رقم 13 لسنة 2016).
7. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذف الحساب
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك مفتوحاً. ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق: الملف الشخصي ‹ الإعدادات (زر الترس) ‹ حذف الحساب. الخطوات كاملة: lzazsports.com/delete-account.html.
عند حذف حسابك يتم ذلك فوراً:
- يُحذف: ملفك الشخصي وبيانات الدخول، والصور، والمحادثات الفردية، والإشعارات، والعلاقات وطلباتها، والأماكن المحفوظة، وأصوات أفضل لاعب، ورموز الإشعارات، والمباريات القادمة أو المسودات التي كنت تنظّمها (ويُبلَّغ اللاعبون بإلغائها). وإذا كنت تدخل عبر Apple فإننا نلغي أيضاً صلاحية لزاز لدى Apple.
- يبقى دون اسمك: رسائلك في محادثات المباريات الجماعية تبقى حتى تظل المحادثة مفهومة لبقية اللاعبين، لكن يظهر بدلاً من اسمك وصورتك «لاعب محذوف». والمباريات التي نظّمتها وأقيمت فعلاً تبقى في سجل اللاعبين الآخرين ويظهر اسمك فيها «لاعب محذوف». ويُزال اسمك من تشكيلات المباريات الأخرى.
- يبقى لسبب محدد: سجل مختصر يثبت أن الحساب كان موجوداً ثم حُذف (مع التواريخ والدولة ونوع الهاتف، دون اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم هاتفك)، والبلاغات التي قدّمتها أو قُدّمت عنك، ونحتفظ بها بالقدر اللازم للحفاظ على سلامة المجتمع والتعامل مع أي مطالبة قانونية. ويُرسَل كل بلاغ أيضاً بالبريد الإلكتروني، مع اسمَي اللاعبَين، إلى صندوق بريد فريق الدعم لدينا، ويُحفظ هناك للسبب نفسه.
بيانات أخرى: تُغلق محادثات المباريات الجماعية بعد 3 أيام من انتهاء المباراة. وتحتفظ Sentry بتقارير الأعطال لمدة محدودة ثم تحذفها. وإذا غيّرت صورة ملفك، فقد تبقى الصورة القديمة مخزّنة إلى أن تحذف حسابك. والنسخ الاحتياطية، إن وُجدت، تُستبدل مع الوقت.
8. حقوقك
يحق لك:
- الاطلاع على أغلب بياناتك وتصحيحها من التطبيق (الملف الشخصي ‹ تعديل الملف الشخصي)؛
- طلب نسخة من بياناتك؛
- طلب تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو حذف حسابك بنفسك من التطبيق؛
- سحب الأذونات (الموقع، والإشعارات، وصحة Apple) في أي وقت من إعدادات هاتفك؛
- الاعتراض على طريقة استخدامنا لبياناتك، أو تقديم شكوى إلينا أو إلى جهة حماية البيانات في بلدك (في قطر: الوكالة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني).
راسلنا على support@lzazsports.com. نرد خلال 30 يوماً، وقد نطلب منك ما يثبت أن الحساب لك.
9. العمر
لزاز مخصّص لمن تبلغ أعمارهم 16 سنة فأكثر فقط. نتحقق من تاريخ ميلادك عند التسجيل، ولا نسمح لمن هم أصغر بإنشاء حساب. وإذا كنت تعتقد أن شخصاً دون 16 سنة يستخدم لزاز، فأخبرنا وسنحذف الحساب.
10. الأمان
نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، وكلمات مرور مشفّرة تشفيراً لا يمكن عكسه، وضوابط للوصول لحماية بياناتك. ولا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، لذا احفظ كلمة المرور ورموز الدخول لنفسك، وأخبرنا فوراً إن ظننت أن حسابك استُخدم دون علمك.
11. موقعنا الإلكتروني
lzazsports.com موقع تعريفي بسيط. وتستخدم صفحته الرئيسية خدمتَي Google Analytics وMeta Pixel (فيسبوك)، اللتين تضعان ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز)، لإحصاء الزيارات وقياس أداء إعلاناتنا على المواقع الأخرى. ويمكنك حظر هذه الملفات أو حذفها من إعدادات متصفحك. ولا تستخدمها صفحات الشروط والخصوصية وحذف الحساب.
12. تعديل هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. إذا كان التعديل مهماً فسنخبرك داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه. ويبيّن التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة أحدث نسخة.
