Terms of Use

- You must be 16 or older to use Lzaz.
- Be respectful. We have zero tolerance for abuse, harassment, hate, threats, sexual content or any other objectionable content, and for abusive users.
- You can block anyone and report anyone. We review reports and act within 24 hours.
- Games are organised by players, not by Lzaz. You play at your own risk.
- You can delete your account at any time, inside the app.
1. Who we are
Lzaz Sports (“Lzaz”, “the app”) is run by Lzaz Technology Company, a company registered in the State of Qatar (commercial registration no. 95970), Office 501, Al Bustan Building, Al Sadd, Doha, Qatar (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@lzazsports.com.
These Terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What Lzaz does
Lzaz helps people organise and join casual games in many sports, such as football, padel, basketball, tennis, volleyball and more. You can create a game, invite players, join public games, pick teams, chat with other players, vote for the player of the match and keep a record of your results. Lzaz is free to use.
We may add, change or remove features over time.
3. Who can use Lzaz
- You must be at least 16 years old. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up and do not allow accounts for anyone younger.
- You must be able to make a binding agreement, and not be barred from using the app under any law that applies to you.
- If we learn that a user is under 16, we will close the account.
4. Your account
- Give true information about yourself, including your name and date of birth, and keep it up to date.
- One person, one account. Do not pretend to be someone else, and do not share, sell or transfer your account.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
5. Community rules: zero tolerance
Lzaz has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. This applies to everything you post or send: your name, username, photo, game titles and notes, and every chat message.
You must not:
- harass, bully, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone, on or off the pitch;
- post or send hate speech, or insult anyone because of their religion, race, nationality, ethnicity, gender, disability or any other part of who they are;
- post or send sexual, pornographic, violent or graphic content;
- post anything that is illegal, defamatory, offensive to public morals, or that encourages violence, self-harm or crime;
- share other people’s personal information (such as phone numbers, addresses or photos) without their permission;
- pretend to be another person or organisation;
- send spam, advertising, scams, or ask other players for money through the app;
- create fake games, fake accounts or fake results, or cheat in votes;
- use the app to do anything that is against the law in Qatar or where you live.
How to report and block
- Block: open the player’s profile, tap the menu and choose Block User. A blocked player can no longer message you, and you will not see each other in the app. You can unblock them later in Settings › Blocked Players.
- Report: open the player’s profile, tap the menu and choose Report User. You can also email support@lzazsports.com with the player’s username and what happened. Screenshots help.
What we do
- We review every report and act within 24 hours.
- If content breaks these rules, we remove it. If a user breaks these rules, we can warn them, suspend them, or remove them from Lzaz permanently, and we may stop them from creating a new account.
- We may act without warning in serious cases, and we may report illegal content or threats to the police or other authorities.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first (in Qatar, call 999).
6. Games, venues and your safety
- Games are created and run by players. Lzaz does not organise, supervise or referee games, and does not own, book or check any venue.
- Sport has risks, including injury. Only play if you are fit to do so, and follow the venue’s rules. You take part at your own risk.
- Any payment for a pitch or court is arranged between players and the venue, outside the app. Lzaz does not take payments and is not part of those arrangements.
- Hosts should give accurate details about time, place and who can join, and cancel in the app if a game will not go ahead.
- Treat meeting people from the app like meeting anyone new: meet in public places and look after yourself and each other.
7. Match stats from Apple Watch
If you choose to connect Apple Health, the app can show you stats for your own games (for example, distance and heart rate). These are estimates for your personal interest only. They are not medical advice and must not be used for medical decisions.
8. Your content
- You own what you post. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, show and send it only so we can run the app (for example, to show your photo to other players or to deliver your messages). This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where other players have already received it, such as messages in a group chat.
- You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
- We can remove any content that breaks these Terms or the law.
9. Our app
The app, its name, logo, design and code belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You must not copy, change, reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the app or its servers, or try to get into accounts or data that are not yours.
10. Deleting your account, and suspension
- You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile › Settings (the gear button) › Delete Account, then confirm. See how to delete your account and what is deleted. You can also email us.
- We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other users.
- If we stop offering Lzaz, we will try to tell you in advance.
11. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Lzaz running well, but the app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or that game details posted by other users are accurate. We are not responsible for how other users behave, on or off the app, although we will act on reports as set out in section 5.
12. Limit of our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, or for injury or loss that happens at a game or venue, arising from your use of Lzaz. Because Lzaz is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to QAR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to cover any loss or claim we face because you broke these Terms or the law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Lzaz after that, the new Terms apply. The date at the top shows the latest version.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Qatar, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly.
15. Apple and Google
If you downloaded Lzaz from the App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app, its content, support or any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You must also follow the store’s own terms of use. If there is a conflict, the store’s terms about using the store come first.
16. Other terms
If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Lzaz. If the English and Arabic versions differ, the Arabic version applies in Qatar.

- الاحترام أولاً. لا نتسامح إطلاقاً مع الإساءة أو التحرّش أو الكراهية أو التهديد أو المحتوى الجنسي أو أي محتوى مرفوض آخر، ولا مع المستخدمين المسيئين.
- يمكنك حظر أي شخص والإبلاغ عن أي شخص. نراجع البلاغات ونتخذ الإجراء خلال 24 ساعة.
- المباريات ينظّمها اللاعبون وليس لزاز، ومشاركتك فيها على مسؤوليتك.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
1. من نحن
تطبيق لزاز سبورتس («لزاز» أو «التطبيق») تديره شركة لزاز للتكنولوجيا (Lzaz Technology Company)، وهي شركة مسجّلة في دولة قطر (سجل تجاري رقم 95970)، وعنوانها: مكتب 501، مبنى البستان، السد، الدوحة، قطر («نحن»). يمكنك التواصل معنا على support@lzazsports.com.
هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبيننا. بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام التطبيق فإنك توافق عليها وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إن لم توافق، فنرجو ألّا تستخدم التطبيق.
2. ماذا يقدّم لزاز
يساعدك لزاز على تنظيم المباريات الودية والانضمام إليها في رياضات كثيرة، مثل كرة القدم والبادل وكرة السلة والتنس والكرة الطائرة وغيرها. يمكنك إنشاء مباراة، ودعوة اللاعبين، والانضمام إلى المباريات العامة، وتقسيم الفرق، والدردشة مع اللاعبين، والتصويت لأفضل لاعب في المباراة، وحفظ سجل نتائجك. استخدام لزاز مجاني.
قد نضيف ميزات أو نغيّرها أو نزيلها مع الوقت.
3. من يحق له استخدام لزاز
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 16 سنة على الأقل. نطلب تاريخ ميلادك عند التسجيل، ولا نسمح بإنشاء حساب لمن هو أصغر من ذلك.
- يجب أن تكون أهلاً لإبرام اتفاق ملزم، وألّا يكون استخدامك للتطبيق ممنوعاً بموجب أي قانون ينطبق عليك.
- إذا علمنا أن أحد المستخدمين دون 16 سنة، فسنغلق حسابه.
4. حسابك
- قدّم معلومات صحيحة عن نفسك، بما فيها اسمك وتاريخ ميلادك، وحافظ على تحديثها.
- لكل شخص حساب واحد. لا تنتحل شخصية غيرك، ولا تشارك حسابك أو تبعه أو تنقله لغيرك.
- احفظ كلمة المرور ورموز الدخول سرّية. أنت مسؤول عمّا يحدث في حسابك، وأخبرنا فوراً إن ظننت أن غيرك استخدمه.
5. قواعد المجتمع: عدم التسامح إطلاقاً
لا يتسامح لزاز إطلاقاً مع المحتوى المرفوض ولا مع المستخدمين المسيئين. وينطبق ذلك على كل ما تنشره أو ترسله: اسمك واسم المستخدم وصورتك وعناوين المباريات وملاحظاتها وكل رسالة في الدردشة.
يُمنع عليك:
- مضايقة أي شخص أو التنمّر عليه أو تهديده أو ملاحقته أو ترهيبه، داخل الملعب أو خارجه؛
- نشر أو إرسال خطاب الكراهية، أو إهانة أي شخص بسبب دينه أو عرقه أو جنسيته أو أصله أو جنسه أو إعاقته أو أي جانب آخر من هويته؛
- نشر أو إرسال محتوى جنسي أو إباحي أو عنيف أو صادم؛
- نشر أي شيء مخالف للقانون، أو فيه قذف، أو يخدش الآداب العامة، أو يحرّض على العنف أو إيذاء النفس أو الجريمة؛
- مشاركة المعلومات الشخصية لغيرك (مثل أرقام الهواتف أو العناوين أو الصور) دون إذنهم؛
- انتحال شخصية شخص آخر أو جهة أخرى؛
- إرسال الرسائل المزعجة أو الإعلانات أو عمليات الاحتيال، أو طلب المال من اللاعبين عبر التطبيق؛
- إنشاء مباريات أو حسابات أو نتائج وهمية، أو التلاعب في التصويت؛
- استخدام التطبيق في أي أمر مخالف لقوانين دولة قطر أو قوانين البلد الذي تقيم فيه.
كيف تبلّغ وتحظر
- الحظر: افتح الملف الشخصي للاعب، واضغط على القائمة، ثم اختر حظر المستخدم. لن يتمكن اللاعب المحظور من مراسلتك، ولن يرى أحدكما الآخر في التطبيق. يمكنك إلغاء الحظر لاحقاً من الإعدادات ‹ اللاعبون المحظورون.
- الإبلاغ: افتح الملف الشخصي للاعب، واضغط على القائمة، ثم اختر الإبلاغ عن المستخدم. ويمكنك أيضاً مراسلتنا على support@lzazsports.com مع ذكر اسم المستخدم وما حدث، ولقطات الشاشة تساعدنا.
ماذا نفعل
- نراجع كل بلاغ ونتخذ الإجراء خلال 24 ساعة.
- إذا خالف محتوى هذه القواعد فإننا نحذفه. وإذا خالفها مستخدم، فلنا أن ننذره أو نوقف حسابه أو نزيله من لزاز نهائياً، وقد نمنعه من إنشاء حساب جديد.
- قد نتخذ الإجراء دون إنذار في الحالات الخطيرة، وقد نبلّغ الشرطة أو الجهات المختصة عن المحتوى المخالف للقانون أو التهديدات.
إذا كان أحد في خطر مباشر، فاتصل بخدمات الطوارئ أولاً (في قطر: 999).
6. المباريات والملاعب وسلامتك
- ينشئ اللاعبون المباريات ويديرونها. لزاز لا ينظّم المباريات ولا يشرف عليها ولا يحكّمها، ولا يملك أي ملعب ولا يحجزه ولا يتحقق منه.
- للرياضة مخاطر منها الإصابة. العب فقط إن كانت لياقتك تسمح، والتزم بقواعد الملعب. مشاركتك على مسؤوليتك.
- أي دفع مقابل الملعب يتم بين اللاعبين والملعب خارج التطبيق. لزاز لا يستلم أي مدفوعات وليس طرفاً في هذه الترتيبات.
- على منظّم المباراة أن يذكر تفاصيل صحيحة عن الوقت والمكان ومن يمكنه الانضمام، وأن يلغي المباراة في التطبيق إن لم تُقَم.
- عامل لقاء الأشخاص عبر التطبيق كأي لقاء بأشخاص جدد: التقوا في أماكن عامة واعتنوا بأنفسكم وببعضكم.
7. إحصاءات المباراة من Apple Watch
إذا اخترت ربط تطبيق صحة Apple، يمكن للتطبيق أن يعرض لك إحصاءات مبارياتك أنت (مثل المسافة ونبض القلب). هذه أرقام تقديرية لاطلاعك الشخصي فقط، وليست نصيحة طبية ولا يجوز الاعتماد عليها في أي قرار طبي.
8. المحتوى الذي تنشره
- ما تنشره ملكٌ لك. وتمنحنا ترخيصاً مجانياً عالمياً غير حصري لاستضافته وتخزينه وعرضه وإرساله، فقط لتشغيل التطبيق (مثل عرض صورتك للاعبين أو إيصال رسائلك). ينتهي هذا الترخيص عند حذف المحتوى، إلا ما وصل فعلاً إلى لاعبين آخرين، مثل الرسائل في الدردشة الجماعية.
- أنت مسؤول عمّا تنشره، وتؤكد أن لك الحق في نشره.
- لنا أن نحذف أي محتوى يخالف هذه الشروط أو القانون.
9. تطبيقنا
التطبيق واسمه وشعاره وتصميمه وشيفرته ملكٌ لنا أو للجهات المرخِّصة لنا. نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير قابل للنقل لاستخدام التطبيق على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، لاستخدامك الشخصي غير التجاري. يُمنع نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو الهندسة العكسية له، أو جمع بياناته آلياً، أو إثقال خوادمه أو التدخل في عملها، أو محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات أو بيانات ليست لك.
10. حذف الحساب وإيقافه
- يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: الملف الشخصي ‹ الإعدادات (زر الترس) ‹ حذف الحساب، ثم التأكيد. اطّلع على طريقة حذف الحساب وما الذي يُحذف. ويمكنك أيضاً مراسلتنا بالبريد الإلكتروني.
- قد نوقف حسابك أو نغلقه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط، أو إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك، أو لحماية المستخدمين الآخرين.
- إذا توقفنا عن تقديم لزاز، فسنحاول إبلاغك مسبقاً.
11. إخلاء المسؤولية
نبذل جهدنا ليعمل لزاز بشكل جيد، لكن التطبيق يُقدَّم «كما هو» و«حسب توفّره». لا نضمن أن يكون متاحاً دائماً أو خالياً من الأخطاء، ولا أن تكون تفاصيل المباريات التي ينشرها المستخدمون صحيحة. ولسنا مسؤولين عن تصرفات المستخدمين الآخرين داخل التطبيق أو خارجه، مع أننا نتخذ الإجراء على البلاغات كما في البند 5.
12. حدود مسؤوليتنا
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، أو فوات الأرباح أو فقدان البيانات، أو الإصابة أو الخسارة التي تقع في مباراة أو ملعب، الناتجة عن استخدامك للزاز. ولأن لزاز مجاني، فإن مجموع مسؤوليتنا تجاهك عن أي مطالبة لا يتجاوز 100 ريال قطري. ولا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من المسؤولية التي لا يجوز تحديدها قانوناً، بما في ذلك الوفاة أو الإصابة الناتجة عن إهمالنا، أو الاحتيال.
وتوافق على تعويضنا عن أي خسارة أو مطالبة نتعرض لها بسبب مخالفتك لهذه الشروط أو للقانون.
13. تعديل هذه الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. إذا كان التعديل مهماً فسنخبرك داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه. واستمرارك في استخدام لزاز بعد ذلك يعني سريان الشروط الجديدة عليك. ويبيّن التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة أحدث نسخة.
14. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر. وتختص محاكم دولة قطر بأي نزاع، ما لم يمنحك قانون بلد إقامتك الحق في اللجوء إلى محاكمه. نرجو التواصل معنا أولاً، فأغلب المسائل تُحل بسرعة.
15. Apple وGoogle
إذا نزّلت لزاز من App Store أو Google Play، فهذه الشروط بينك وبيننا، وليست مع Apple أو Google. ولا تتحمّل Apple ولا Google أي مسؤولية عن التطبيق أو محتواه أو دعمه أو أي مطالبة تتعلق به. وتُعدّ Apple وشركاتها التابعة مستفيدة من هذه الشروط بصفتها طرفاً ثالثاً، ويحق لها تطبيقها تجاهك. ويجب عليك أيضاً الالتزام بشروط استخدام المتجر، وعند التعارض تُقدَّم شروط المتجر فيما يخص استخدام المتجر.
16. أحكام أخرى
إذا تعذّر تطبيق جزء من هذه الشروط، يبقى باقيها سارياً. وتأخّرنا في المطالبة بحق لا يعني تنازلنا عنه. وتمثّل هذه الشروط مع سياسة الخصوصية الاتفاق الكامل بينك وبيننا بشأن لزاز. وعند وجود اختلاف بين النسختين العربية والإنجليزية، تُعتمد النسخة العربية في دولة قطر.
